A Festival Feast with Fergus Henderson and Robert Owen Brown

Michelin-star chef at a highlight of MFDF 2012 - with an exclusive saving for Confidential readers.

Two of the UK's favourites join forces to prepare a 'nose-to tail' feast. Your hosts for the evening are Michelin star chef, Fergus Henderson of St John fame, and Mark Addy's executive head chef, Robert Owen Brown.

The Dining Hall Marquee at the Festival Hub on Albert Square will be the location for the Festival's most ambitious long table banquet. 

Expect anecdotes and scintillating conversation at this communal dining experience. Gourmet food will be presented with flair including pressed braun with crispy pigs ear salad, red legged partridge with orbs of joy and bread sauce, Carrageen pudding, and Leagrams goat curd with marc along with carafes of wine.

This dinner takes place at 7pm on Friday 28 September, at the Festival Dining Hall, Festival Hub, Albert Square.
