After toasting the most successful festival to date in 2010, MFDF will
be back this year with a plateful of
new gastronomic delights in the city and region.

The fourteenth annual Manchester Food and Drink Festival will take place from 7-17 October 2011. Featuring headline chefs Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Fergus Henderson, alongside an exciting schedule of dining experiences in the city’s best restaurants and bars,
it offers a plethora of sizzling food and drink adventures throughout Manchester’s streets and squares.

The Hub

The Festival Hub will take over all of Albert Square and as the name suggests is the heart of the action and a bustling hive of tasty treats. It will be open for ten full days from 11am to 11pm with a packed schedule of food and drink events.
