IN BLOOM is unique - we are the only bar in Manchester who use produce grown on site in the drinks and food we serve. For all that we can’t grow ourselves, we appoint our trusted local suppliers.

IN BLOOM's living wall of green ivy, covering the whole outside of the bar, makes it the perfect stylish spot to seek solace from the hustle and bustle of the city. We’ve created our own natural microclimate!

Our mission is to provide a first class product whilst reducing our carbon footprint. All in a peaceful city garden setting.
