CAPTURED: Christmas Markets 2014 Opening Day

Confidential takes a frenzied tour of the UK's largest Christmas Markets

Published on November 14th 2014.

CAPTURED: Christmas Markets 2014 Opening Day

MANCHESTER Christmas Markets, the largest festive markets in the whole of the UK, are back and open for business.
Started in 1999, Manchester's Christmas Markets now attracts in the region of nine million visitors - nearly two million a week.
For five weeks from Friday 14 November to Sunday 21 December, over 300 stalls spread across the city will be hustling German sausage, French cheese, Spanish paella, British ale, stupid hats, itchy fleeces, ugly puppets, and armies of those weird little wooden ducks.

So Confidential grabbed a camera, slipped on the rocket boots, swung by Manchester Christmas Market's opening day and made this bobbins video for you (the quality is YouTube's fault, honest)...
Started in 1999, Manchester's Christmas Markets now attracts in the region of nine million visitors - 240,000 every day that it's open, according to council figures.

Ok that does seem a lot, but it's Christmas, so we'll let the council have that stat.

Enjoy...

Market opening times: Friday 14 November to Sunday 21 December, 10am to 9pm daily (other sites close at 7.30pm). More here...

I'd focus on your spelling first rather than double entendres. Don't try and run before you can walk.

Spelling? It's not easy typing with one hand, if you know what I mean. How's that for smut?
