Raising money to help young people find their feet in the leisure and hospitality industry, the Springboard gala dinner will be held next week in Alderley Edge, with some of the country’s top chefs taking to the kitchen.

Springboard gala dinner

The Springboard gala dinner is the momma of all gala dinners, and will take place on January 17th at the beautiful Mereview restaurant in Alderley Edge.

Springboard helps youngsters with no direction to improve their prospects through a career in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism. So, to show just what can be achieved by a career in the industry, chef of the year Eyck Zimmer, Duncan Poyser and Philip Britten will be working their culinary magic for the lucky guests.

With a five course meal preceded by a champagne reception, and company from the likes of Anthony Wilson and Stuart Hall, this will be one special evening to light up a glum January.

On the night some incredible prizes will be auctioned off to raise money for Springboard, including VIP tickets to the first home game at the new Wembley stadium, and a weekend stay in a suite at the Berkley

There are still a couple of tables available at £600 per table of eight, with individual tickets costing £75.

Visit www.springboarduk.org.uk/ or call 07968 822045 for tickets.
