THE public consultation for Manchester City's plans to develop the area around its newly-named Etihad Stadium starts tomorrow.
But we've already been for a look around.
The centrepiece to the whole thing is a big plastic model in the middle of the newly-built room, showing most of the proposed new buildings, such as a 7,000 capacity stadium for the youth team.

There are plenty of infoboards, graphics and everything else. Patrick Vieira was on hand to talk about regeneration strategies in the face of public spending cuts, the OEJU process and the relative importance of BREEAM ratings. Not really. He did say he wished he'd been 15 years younger having seen the plans though. "The club is growing so much, you wonder where it will stop," he said.
Official plans will be submitted in September - until then, go down to the Etihad Stadium and have a look for yourself.
