Lawrence Millett Dies

Published on October 6th 2005.

Lawrence Millett died last night at 11.10pm, at home, peacefully. His youngest Son Mitch and the beloved Doc were by his side. This Publishers best friend of over thirty years was one of the original Manchester ‘faces’, with his car business Bauer and Millett. Founded on Peter Street in the early seventies, the destination for most of the successful Mancunians upon making their first major tranche of disposable income; Lawrence always had a few ‘Rollers’ in the showroom. I was privileged to kiss him good night last night. God Bless You Lol.

Lol, you never did tell me your age…..

Should anyone wish to express their condolences or make enquiries regarding funeral arrangements, please email me at mark@2mmedia.com. All messages will be immediately passed on.
