Right everyone. Nipping out the other day from the office, just off Albert Square in Manchester, what do I spy but one of those innocuous A4 plasticised sheets of paper with tiny writing on, attached to a lamp post by a very strong bit of plastic.

The parking meters at any price only allow parking for one hour. Meetings with my clients last an average of one hour fifteen. And they can never find a space. They now ask me to go to Altrincham/Wilmslow/Rochdale which costs me money. As lots of my clients who used to come into Town used it as an excuse to do a bit of shopping, it’s costing Manc businesses money.
This is only the start of my rant. I am going to find out who is responsible for this decision, and I want an explanation on Manchester Confidential as to why they have made that decision. There are 36,000 readers now on Manchester Confidential, mainly Manchester business people. This is your chance to make the new technology work for your democratic rights. It’s not just for voting for some bird (well, maybe bloke) on Big Brother.

If you want to start to make your voice heard, send me a mail, simply say ‘yes’ if you think I should carry on, or ‘no’ if you want me to ignore this 21st Century yellow star on my front door.
Click Here to mail us tim@2mmedia.com. Simply say Yes or No. We will then decide how we are going to start to run our city.
Happy Hunting (for a car park space....)
