Relish Greater Manchester And Cheshire CoverThis Tuesday, Heroes are invited to experience the country's most imaginative cooking in one extraordinary meal.

For one night only, Harvey Nichols' head chef Stuart Thomson has invited three leading chefs to join him in the kitchen – each one a star of the new Relish Cookbooks.

The dinner celebrates the launch of this brilliant collection of recipes from the region's top chefs.

Heroes can purchase tickets for this very special event at a preferential price of £40 (usual price is £45).

The event

  • A one-off event exploring the very best of British cooking

  • Simon Shaw of El Gato Negro, winner of Gordon Ramsay's F Word Top Local Restaurant, and a man inspired by the finest contemporary Catalan cuisine.
  • Stuart Muir, executive chef at the acclaimed Harvey Nichols Fourth Floor Restaurant in Edinburgh.
  • Paul Askew, head chef at the two AA rosette London Carriage Works at The Hope Street Hotel, Liverpool.
  • Stuart Thomson, head chef at Harvey Nichols Second Floor Restaurant, Manchester.
