Making their debut this year are Join Warrick Dodds, Hastings Eating & Drinking House, Steven Smith from Freemasons & Wiswell, Norman Musa from Ning and Mark Flynn, Golden Fleece all on Tuesday. Joining them on Wednesday are Tom van Zeller, van Zellers in Harrogate, Stuart Collins from Abode in Chester and Katie Henry from Browns Manchester. They are joined by well recognised Northern industry figures David Gale and Alison Seagrave.

BarLife is central to this year’s event with the tiki off and rematch beyatch competitions already causing a stir as well as the finals of the Northern Bartender of the Year competition. In addition top bartenders Ian Burrell, Jodi Montieth, Stefanie Holt and Tom Sneesby will be leading demonstrations on rums, punches and molecular mixology.

Social Media is also top of the agenda with seminars and a one to one advice clinic with Juice Digital and theEword.
