THE cowboys of southern Brazil may have seen it all before, but there's never been anything quite like Viva Brazil in Liverpool. Until now. So brace yourself for an entirely new dining experience.
Opening at the end of this month in Castle Street, the concept is simple: Viva Brazil Churrascaria gives you more – more of everything… food, service and atmosphere. But with fun twists a-plenty.
It is an authentic, Brazilian style steakhouse for one thing: once seated, guests can enjoy a favourite cocktail, make a selection from a list of hand-picked fine wines, or choose from our selection of seasonal salads and side dishes.
But then the real fun begins: A troop of passadors (carvers) moves from table to table, offering more than 15 select cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausages, all slow roasted over a charcoal barbecue and expertly carved at the table.
Then dishes such as garlic mashed potatoes, polenta, fried banana and artisan cheese breads are served to accompany this feast.
Of course, your Brazilian experience would not be complete without Viva Brazil's hard-to-resist Caipirinha cocktails, but this is no rum deal!
At Viva Brazil, they bring the bar to you with bespoke mobile cocktail stations. Just sit back and be entertained as experienced bartenders mix and serve exciting drinks at the comfort of your own table.
It's a dining experience, say Viva Brazil, that dates back hundreds of years to the cowboys of southern Brazil – and if it's good enough for them, it's good enough for you!
Times may have changed, they say, “but we’re sure that our food, service and hospitality, is just how they would’ve loved it!”
