SALVI’s Deli will open in the Triangle Shopping Centre next week. It's marketing itself as a mozzarella bar.
But there will be more than just cheese on offer.
The family-run deli will offer workers and visitors to the city Italian speciality products from freshly made antipasti platters to cooked-to-order hot pasta, as well as a selection of products to purchase for consumption at home.
Salvi’s Deli will import foods fresh from their Italian outlet in Milan and will serve up spirits and prosecco until the early hours of the evening. There's an 11pm licence in place.
