Cloudy Bay Tasting Dinner At Top Thai

NOT content with launching their own contemporary art gallery Vox, those enterprising folk at glamorous North Manchester restaurant Vermilion have teamed up with cult Kiwi winery Cloudy Bay to run a special four course tasting menu every Wednesday.

For £45 a head you get wines such as the legendary Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc, their Pelorus sparkler and acclaimed Pinot Noir to accompany signature dishes such as Grilled Marinated Spiced Cod, Sea Bass and Salmon in Lemongrass and Coriander served with a Vegetable Sauce Flavoured with Saffron and Grilled Barbary Duck Breast topped with Sweet Tamarind Sauce, Dried Chilli and Crispy Shallot.

In your humble opinion Ray! For me nothing beats a new vintage CB SB in its first 6 months after release. The bouquet alone is to die for imho!
