YANG SING has a special Luxe menu to mark Vogue's Fashion Night extravaganza in the city. It's suitably beguiling as well, bringing a glittering array of starry flavours.
Very Chinese Taoist concepts, very chi. In fact it's a shame there is no chi-eeseboard.
Honestly the editor, Jonathan Schofield, says he would divert ten miles on a penny farthing to gets his chop sticks on that garlic woodear and caterpillar funghus. And then there's jellyfish. And sea cucumber.
The inspiration for the menu is all about balance, equilibrium and health. Very Chinese Taoist concepts, very chi. In fact it's a shame there is no chi-eeseboard.
Enough of that.
If you want to join the editor in appreciating this superb menu maybe use a faster mode of transport than a penny farthing because this menu is only available from Thursday 10 to Friday 11 October.
