VERTIGO, one of Manchester's most exciting new restaurants, has unveiled its new a la carte menu.
The restaurant’s opulent setting is matched by an excellent modern British menu varied enough to entice all tastes without sacrificing quality or ambition in its dishes.
Vertigo's Ian Armstrong, a chef with 15 years’ experience at some of the North West's most respected establishments, is set to unveil the restaurant's new a la carte menu. The menu is available from 5pm and features a diverse choice of dishes, including steaks and seafood from the grill.
All the dishes are locally sourced from the North West, providing essential freshness whilst injecting vibrant, modern British identity into the menu. Some of the must try dishes are Carpaccio of Cheshire Lamb for a starter, Salad of Warm Scottish Lobster ‘Nicoise style’ for a main. Or how about Gooseberry Eton Mess for your dessert?
Plenty of time and effort has been poured into ensuring Vertigo finds its rightful place within Manchester's high-end restaurant scene while making fine dining inclusive – prices reflect the high standard of the food but are more than affordable.
