Christmas Barbecues At Dukes 92

With a heated balcony, barbecue season lasts all year...

Christmas Barbecues At Dukes 92

THANKS to the Christmas markets, the hardy folk of Manchester are well-used to al fresco eating in the depths of winter. So this idea from Dukes 92 and The Castlefield Rooms might not be as unlikely as it first seems.

They're going to put on Christmas barbecues for people who find the normal turkey dinner just a little bit tedious.

The barbecues will be served on their heated balcony. Guests will be treated to a feast of slow cooked ribs, roasted chestnuts and the like – with warming mugs of gluwine to wash it down.

And if it does get a little chilly, you can always step indoors to the lovely, glowing Gallery Bar – there's room enough for 70 people.

Christmas barbecues are available from 25 November and they're taking bookings already. It's always a good idea to book in advance as the best dates go quickly.

To find out more please contact their events team by emailing info@thecastlefieldrooms.com or calling 0161 839 8656, quoting the reference 'Man Con'.
