Hidden away to the side of Albert Square, Lime bar is the perfect venue for after work drinks. Since its arrival in 2001, Lime has catered and cocktailed for those in need of a quiet drink, an exciting cocktail, bar snacks or a full meal.
The cocktails at Lime are made, with much attention to detail. Strawberry & Raspberry Mojito combines Mountgay Rum, muddled mint, raspberries, strawberries & brown sugar topped up with soda (£6). However, during happy hour (or should we say happy 7 hours) you can get this one and other selected cocktails for just £3.75.
Lime is impressively big with a main bar, restaurant and cocktail lounge as well as Sublime- the club space with bar area, state of the art music system and air conditioned dance floor to dance the night away. Entry to Sublime is free before 10pm.
Lime offers an a la carte menu and a fixed price menu available at lunch times and early evenings. The experienced kitchen creates high quality dishes prepared daily on-site.
Manchester Confidential readers can take advantage of a further 50% discount off the menu during lunchtimes throughout March at Lime,Booth Street. To claim your discount please click here.
