Melanie Williams and Joe Roberts return as Butterfly Jam

Melanie Williams is probably best known for her sizzling performance on the 1993 Sub Sub hit single “Ain't no love, ain't no use”. Her musical and life partner, Joe Roberts, had his own taste of chart success the same year with his song “Lover”.

Mel and Joe's latest musical project is called Butterfly Jam and they will be performing with a full live band this Friday in Macclesfield. They will be complemented by deep soul Djs Dave Law, Pej and Mattaluna.

Butterfly Jam at Mezzaluna, Wood Street Mill, Wood Street, Macclesfield SK11. 8.00 p.m. to 1.00 p.m. £5 on the door
