Free Gig In St Ann’s Church for Vogue Fashion’s Night Out

VOGUE Fashion’s Night Out on Thursday 10 October, is set to be an evening of big brands and big spending, with discounts, offers, free drinks and special guests in and around the city.

"Not only is this another reason to come into the city centre but it provides the perfect end to what will undoubtedly be a memorable evening for Manchester."

You can read more about exactly what’s happening and where in our guide to Vogue Fashion’s Night Out.

St Ann's ChurchSt Ann's ChurchThere will also be free music thanks to local singer JJ Rosa, who is putting on a free gig at St Ann’s Church in St Ann’s Square on the same evening.

As renowned fashion designer Karl Lagerfield once said: “Fashion and music are the same, because music express its period too.”

Sadly Karl won’t be private jetting over to Manchester to join us for the event but let’s face it, he’d never be able to see the beauty of the church with those black shades glued to his face anyway.

The 24-year-old singer-songwriter from Heaton Moor, with her distinctive vintage style, is tipped to be the next big thing offering an eclectic blend of sumptuous soul, psychedelic rock and pop-orientated hip-hop. Together with long-term band mates, Marky Lewis (bass) and Jimmy Wood (drums), JJ Rosa strides confidently between genres.

St Ann’s Church in the heart of the city centre will provide a stunning venue for this one-off concert which will be a truly unique experience. Not only is this another reason to come into the city centre but it provides the perfect end to what will undoubtedly be a memorable evening for Manchester. ”

Starting at 10pm, 200 free tickets will be available from 9pm on the night from the venue on a first come, first served basis.
