The Oast House's Curious Christmas Teepee

Step inside for an enchanting take on Christmas celebrations

Published on October 19th 2012.

The Oast House's Curious Christmas Teepee

The ever inventive team at The Oast House in Spinningfields has come up with a magical alternative for celebrations during the festive season. It takes the form of a king-sized Christmas Teepee in the Avenue Courtyard.

A Teepee party package with live music will be available every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Pitched just outside the award-winning Oast House pub, the Teepee will be decked with fairy lights, furs, blankets and wooden tables. It will be a place to relax, tuck into a warming winter menu, or host a private party. It opens on Thursday 25th October.

The Teepee will offer a new take on Christmas cheer – something a little bit different.  Food-wise there'll be a rare-breed hog roast, the Oast’s delicious grilled meats and platters, plus a gourmet festive menu made from the finest local ingredients.

A Teepee party package with live music will be available every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and it will also be available for private hire during November and December, subject to availability.

Or, if you’re looking for something a bit more casual, head to the Avenue Courtyard, outside the Oast House, on Thursday evenings for some informal Christmas socialising. You’ll find roasted chestnuts, hot pot and carol singers adding to the mix.

If you're tired of formulaic crackers and tinsel, the Teepee and Avenue Courtyard could be the place for your Christmas celebrations. They're taking bookings now.
