The Devil Wears Prada at the Polo

Vikas Shah invited Gordo and a number of Manchester worthies along with a few not so, to a polo match to help launch the new Charlotte Thomas Bed Linen brand. Gordo went down with man flu so couldn’t go, but got a few shots to titillate you lot with.

Apparently Vikas gave the Mallonator an object lesson in throwing parties. His rules were a) invite a manageable number of people b) make sure they can get in without being made to stand in line while z-list celebrities are ushered through c) don’t treat the people trying to get in like scum and finally, d) ensure the booze and food doesn’t run out half way through the party. Oh, and d) be an attentive host.

Can anyone confirm that Lou Goodwin was pole dancing in Teasers at the end of the evening? Also, further reports about the luscious Emma Mainoo required, looked as if the Mallonators reverse sales pitch, first learnt when he used to sell loft insulation for Gordo’s family business eighteen years ago was working well.
