TICKETS have been released for one of the highlights of Manchester Food and Drink Festival 2013. The Big Indie Wine Fest is back for its fifth year on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 October. And this time round it will be held in the historic surroundings of the Great Hall at Manchester Town Hall.
It's a chance to try exquisite varieties and vintages that you won't find down your local supermarket.
In case you didn’t know, the event is a celebration of exciting, boutique wines from the North West's independent merchants. It's a chance to try exquisite varieties and vintages that you won't find down your local supermarket.
The gothic Great Hall is worth a visit in its own right. It will provide the perfect arena to sample the finest wines from around the world.
Your ticket gets you your glass for the session and then you’re free to taste your way around the hall trying exclusive wines and learning from the experts. Wine enthusiasts, connoisseurs and novices alike will all find something they love at this showcase event.
There will be three sessions:
Friday 4 October: 5pm to 9pm
Saturday 5 October: 12pm to 4pm
Saturday 5 October: 5pm to 9pm
Tickets cost £11. They are limited in number so please purchase early to avoid disappointment.
