Quiksilver is celebrating the successful launch of its flagship store in Manchester after hosting a sizzling hot summer beach party. Held at Trafford’s Chill Factore last Thursday, over two hundred party-goers turned up to enjoy the music, BBQ and beers in the Manchester sunshine.

Shipwrecked babes, Charlotte Counsell, Marvyn Williams and Matthew Lovane modelled Quiksilver’s latest beach collection in minus 3 degrees on the snow. They also tested their balancing skills outside on the surf simulator. Hollyoaks star Carly Stenson was also seen joining in the fun.

Guests had the chance to meet some of the UK’s top surfers, including Gabe Davies, Spencer Hargraves, Candice O'Donnell and Sophie Hellyer who are all sponsored by Quiksilver and Roxy.

Herman Semmelmann, retail manager for Quiksilver UK said: “The launch of our new Manchester Chill Factore store was a blazing success – in fact it was hotter than Bondi beach.

Hundreds of people flocked in their beachwear to soak up the party atmosphere and get set for summer with the freshest range around.”

Quiksilver, one of the hottest brands in the freesports world also stocks its sister brand Roxy, and has 35 stores across the UK. The Quiksilver store houses a range of apparel, footwear and accessories especially designed for girls, women and men and shoppers can currently enjoy a wide range of summer stock.
