Parklife Weekender Ticket Update

Final allocation of weekend and Sunday day tickets now available

Published on May 28th 2012.

Parklife Weekender Ticket Update

WEEKEND and Sunday day tickets are still available for the North’s premier city festival – Parklife Weekender.

You can still catch Oklahoma City’s psychedelic alternative rockers by grabbing a weekend ticket

Saturday day tickets are now completely sold out, but you can still get your hands on a weekend wristband to catch headline acts such as The Flaming Lips, Dizzee Rascal, and Justice – but only if you hurry.

2012 will be the last year at the Platt Fields Park site as the festival heads towards its third sold out event. Don’t miss your last chance to revel in the Parklife experience before it outgrows its original Fallowfield home.

Taking place across the weekend of 9 and 10 June, Saturday’s lineup of The Flaming Lips, Noah & The Whale, Crystal Castles, and Kelis looks bigger and better than ever – and you can still catch Oklahoma City’s psychedelic alternative rockers by grabbing a weekend ticket for £64.50.

Day tickets for Sunday’s line up of Dizzie Rascal, Labrinth, Justice, and The Rapture, are also available for £38.50.

The Parklife Weekender welcomes a host of clubland’s most respected labels this year, with Crosstown Rebels and Hospital Records sending a number of their roster to Platt Fields Park. Also pitching up for the weekend are some of the UK’s hottest promoters with Metropolis and Chibuku invited to host their own arenas.

In total over 100 artists will perform across the two days as Parklife Weekender continues to deliver the finest pop, indie, electronic and crossover sounds throughout the bill.

In addition to the spectacular talent and kaleidoscopic variety on offer, Parklife Weekender is quite possibly the best value for money festival across this summer’s season. Where festival-goers are being charged up to £200 for other events, Parklife Weekender offers a vastly more affordable option.

Parklife Weekender takes place at Platt Fields Park across the weekend of Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 June 2012. Full weekend tickets cost £64.50 incl booking fee. Sunday day tickets cost £38.50 incl booking fee. To buy your Parklife wristbands Click Here.
