Fancy that. A Michelin Star and A Taste of Yorkshire comes to Harvey Nichols in Manchester.

Michelin Starred cooking arrives at Harvey Nichols

Louis Roederer, the champagne people, have hooked up with Harvey Nichols 2nd Floor Restaurant to bring three Yorkshire chefs over to give us all a Taste of Yorkshire for a night in October. Richard Walton-Allen, Exec Chef at Harvey Nichols Leeds is cooking a starter of Roasted Whitby Cod. Bruce Elsworth, Chef Director of the world-famous Angel Inn at Hetton is cooking the main course of Dales Lamb, whilst Michelin starred chef Andrew Pern, chef-proprietor off the aptly named Star Inn at Hetton is delivering desserts to collapse and die for.

Gordo and Schofield will be in attendance and there will be a question and answer session with the chefs after dinner. If anyone has Andrew Pern’s books, they are welcome to bring them along for signing.

Louis Roederer are serving a glass of their Brut Premier to welcome you to the dinner. The menu is as below:

The dinner is on the 8th October at 7.30pm. Tickets are limited and priced at £50 per person, to book your places simply click here.
