It’s a Kreme come true

Opening day success for Krispy Kreme

Published on December 14th 2007.

It’s a Kreme come true

Fans were out in force this morning at the much anticipated Krispy Kreme opening at Barton Dock Road, Trafford Park. Early birds formed an orderly queue to get to their sweet delights when the store opened at 7am.

The neon sign guided the sugar-hungry public to the store through the early hours of the morning. After the ribbon was cut, Krispy Kreme goodies were given out and the warm doughnut frenzy began.

The store complete with drive-thru and doughnut theatre was a big hit with everyone, from the suited and booted, to children and workmen alike – everyone got a taste for Krispy Kreme.
