If you feel as though you may like a little divergence from the beautiful game as World Cup fever grips the nation, why not get yourself involved in another beautiful game? The Frank Kenyon Golf Challenge 2006 takes place on 15th June at Manchester Golf Club, in support of Dr Kershaw’s Hospice.
Last year’s event saw twenty teams of four battle it out to raise more than £11,000 for charity, and this year the organisers have upped the stakes to cope with high demand, with an opportunity for 30 teams to take part.
The event, which was a huge success last year, calls for teams of four to play a round of golf for charity, after which they will be replenished with a three course evening meal and much more.
Whether you want to entertain clients, thank colleagues or simply have fun with friends, The Frank Kenyon Gold Challenge 2006 will be a great day out for a worthy cause.
Let’s just hope that the weather holds out…
The cost of the day is £250 per team. For more information and to book tickets, call 0161 633 6328.
