We've got news of a rather exclusive event that'll make your month if you get a ticket.
The Five Stars Charity Ball is a big, glitzy fundraising do for a cause that has all the top bods in Manchester backing it. Sir Alex Ferguson and Take That to name just a few.
It raises money for a new MRI scanner for the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital – a truly Mancunian cause that makes a big difference to the lives of children with cancer.
The dinner menu will be designed by Paul Heathcote. The entertainment will be from the stars of Coronation Street and Britain's Got Talent, Chico, Gwen Dickie and Dane Bowers amongst other celebrities. And there'll be an auction where you can win prizes including a Meet and Greet with Take That, and unique, original Michael Jackson memorabilia donated by David Gest.
Add to that casino tables, fireworks and dancing until late. They're not doing things by half here.
The Five Stars Ball is one of the most prestigious charity events in the North – it brings TV, music and sports stars out in force.
It takes place at Lancashire County Cricket Club on Sunday 17 October.
So if you fancy seeing some top notch entertainment while getting the VIP treatment at a very posh ball, get yourself a ticket. You can buy individual tickets or a whole table as a treat for business clients or employees.
They cost £200 per ticket or £2,000 for a table of ten.
