Bloody Funny event: Moorhouse, Mace, Lady Garden and others
Manchester’s standing up for philanthropic fun at this October’s Manchester comedy festival. This is aid of haemophilia work in India hence the witty title.

Headlining Bloody Funny on Saturday 24 October will be local star and Key 103 DJ Justin Moorhouse, who will be joined by fellow Mancunians including sketch act , Lady Garden, who are hotly tipped as the next big thing after signing a deal with the BBC this year.

Chortle Student Comedian of the Year Joe Lycett will also be performing some of his highly-acclaimed material from his Edinburgh show.

The night will be hosted by local favourite Mrs Barbara Nice and the line up also includes Manchester comedy circuit regulars Seymour Mace from BBC 3’s Ideal and controversialists Isma Almas and Ava Vidal.

Tickets are priced at £12/£10 and are available through Ticketline 0161 832 1111 or at manchestercomedyfestival. All proceeds from the event will help haemophilia projects in the district of Pune through the Haemophilia Society India. Funds raised will help fund an activity camp for children with the disease.
