THE Dot to Dot festival is back for 2011 to take over some of Manchester's live music venues on May 31.
Manchester band Hurts will be headlining this year's event after a stellar 2010, and the festival also boasts an exclusive UK performance from We Are Scientists, a comeback from Guillemots and New Zealand's The Naked and Famous, one of 2011's hottest tips.
There are plenty of new acts on the bill too, including Fixers, Braids Trophy Wife, Is Tropical and Manchester’s Kill Van Kulls.
This year's event has decided to take over multiple venues instead of just staying in one place. Academy 1 and 2, Deaf Institute and SoundControl will all be used for the 2011 festival.
Dot to Dot 2011 also visits Bristol and Nottingham over the bank holday weekend, before rolling into Manchester on the Monday. Tickets are priced at £25 including booking fees.
