Property developer, uber Massclusive, is launching a massive hunt for the winner of its win a flat competition. Sharon Cochrane’s name was drawn from the hat on Tuesday by the Mayor and Mayoress of Bolton, but she couldn’t be contacted by phone or email. Now the developer is urging Sharon or anyone who knows her to get in touch so that the lucky lady can claim her prize: a brand new apartment at luxury development, Atlas Mill No 8.
“Somewhere out there, somebody has just won an apartment which they can live in, rent out or sell,” says uber Massclusive director Wayne Nicholas. “We need to get this message to Sharon. If you know her, please ask her to get in touch as soon as possible.”
The Mayor drew Sharon’s name from the list of 3,961 entrants, and it was then verified by Keith Davies, head of regeneration and redevelopment at Bolton Council. uber Massclusive tried to contact the winner right away, only to reach her answer phone. By the details filled out on her entry, Sharon is believed to be from the Bolton area.
“Whoever this lady is, this is an absolutely fantastic prize,” commented Mayor Norman Critchley. “As a fellow of the Institute of Structural Engineers, I offer my congratulations to uber Massclusive for the excellent residential accommodation which they’ve created, the way they’re going about things, and the delightful use they’ve made of the mill, which is a part of Bolton’s heritage.”
Atlas Mill No 8 is the first development of new, family-run property brand, uber Massclusive. They have developed the principle of ‘Massclusivity’, exclusivity for the masses.
If you are Sharon, or know where she can be contacted, please help her to claim her prize by contacting email@example.com or 07875387664. Sharon’s details will be matched to those on the winning entry.
