Damien Rice’s former bandmates Bell X1 are set to play a short UK tour later this month to promote their forthcoming single ‘Rocky Took a Lover’, and we have tickets to give away.
First attracting mainstream notice with their single "Eve, The Apple of My Eye", which featured on the O.C., Bell X1’s style has been compared to Coldplay, with Radiohead’s texture.
The Irish band are in the middle of a hectic festival season, but are managing to squeeze in a few dates around the country before heading down to the V Festival in a couple of weeks’ time.
‘Rocky Took a Lover’, out on August 14th, will be the second single to be taken from their critically acclaimed album, Flock. The single will also feature a cover of the seminal Depeche Mode track, Enjoy the Silence.
Bell X1 will play Manchester University on August 15th. To be in with a chance of winning tickets simply click here and enter your details.
