Podium, the restaurant at the foot of the Hilton Hotel, is well established as one of the city's best options when it comes to international cuisine.
Led by super talented chef David Gale, this place has never failed to impress when visited by Confidential people, getting a dish of the week from Schofield, a whole load of love from Gordo, and huge responses from readers whenever we do an offer or competition like this.
This time round, the prize is a meal for four including a bottle of wine to share. You can order whatever food you like from the TDH menu, up to the price of £150.
Dishes may include steamed halibut with clam sauce on an oyster fritter, pan roasted veal with ox cheek and lobster lasagne and bisque dressing, and butter roasted fillet of pork with a warm cider jelly and an apricot puree.
Starters and mains are just as exquisite. How does cream of sweetcorn with fresh langoustines and chilli sound? Or dark chocolate delice with peanut ice cream and hazelnut brittle? Dishes change on a weekly basis but they are always of the highest quality.
