Splintered, a shocking psychological thriller, is set to put a talented Manchester-based team firmly on the road to Hollywood.
In celebration of the production, a glamorous launch party will be held at Manchester’s Hilton hotel on the 5 September. And Confidential has a pair of tickets to give away.
Executive producer, Clive Parsons, who has produced seminal British films such as Gregory’s Girl, Scum and Tea with Mussolini is overseeing the production alongside casting director, Michelle Smith (Cold Feet, Phoenix Nights, Longford, This is England).
Clive and Michelle will both be attending the party along with an array of celebrity guests and stars from the world of Film, TV and Sport.
A select guest list is being encouraged to help create something special, which will place Manchester at the heart of the international film industry. This is your chance to become an executive producer, to see your name in lights and be treated to glamorous premieres and parties in Cannes and London.
Simeon Halligan said: “Manchester is a cultural and media hub for the UK. Television, new media, fashion and architecture are all flourishing but film seems to be lagging behind: we aim to rectify this.”
Splintered will take UK and international audiences by storm next year when the gripping new horror film hits cinemas.
Now closed: Well done Sarah Broadfield from Stockport, who won the pair of tickets to this swanky party.
