ALICE, of Wonderland fame, claimed the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party was ‘the stupidest tea party she had ever been to’. But we’re thinking that this modern day version at Neighbourhood could be one of the most charming.
It’s a glass of Perrier Jouet Grand Brut, to be precise
The chic Spinningfields’ eaterie and bar has taken a Mad Hatter theme for their new Afternoon Tea menu and run with it.
So if you win this prize, you’ll be served dainty finger sandwiches featuring fillings such as smoked salmon with lemon butter, delectable sweet bites such as celestial carrot cake and strawberries and cream scones, an indulgent drugstore sundae, your choice of fine teas or artisan coffees, and, of course, champagne. It’s a glass of Perrier Jouet Grand Brut, to be precise.
The champagne afternoon tea is £33 per person, or you can have it without champagne for £23 (but why would you want to do that?)
In this competition you can win the champagne afternooon tea at Neighbourhood for two people, to be taken Monday-Thursday, 2pm-5pm. An afternoon down the rabbit hole awaits.
