Win A Valentine's Feast For Two At Zouk

SELF-conscious couples politely perusing menus and straining under the pressure of The Most Romantic Day of the Year. Valentine's Day Dining isn't everyone's idea of fun. But if you choose the right place, you can have the kind of evening that makes 14 February worth celebrating again.

Zouk is the perfect 'date restaurant' – a little bit glam and luxurious but with none of the attitude that can accompany high-end establishments.

Lamb Chops 1At Zouk, they've put together a relaxed Valentine's Day menu for curry lovers that will have you bonding over flavours, fragrances and who gets to eat that last king prawn. It's a four-course feast that leaves no room for awkward silences or small talk.

Dinner starts with a different take on a classic aphrodisiac: oyster pakoras. Served in a light, spicy batter with apple and coriander, this is a delicious way to try this delicacy. The feast continues with a trio of Indian starters to share: juicy king prawn pakoras, Kashmiri murg kebab, and a tender lamb fillet kebab.

Choc Box CropThree of Zouk's award-winning curries are served next including a traditional Dum Ka Murgh – a classic chicken curry cooked in a sealed pot to seal in the juices and flavour. A lamb and spinach Punjabi curry and a vegetable bindi in a masala sauce complete the mains. For dessert, you'll be served a caramelly, chocolatey banoffee pie to share, if you can fit it in.

Zouk, just off Oxford Road, makes the perfect 'date restaurant' – a little bit glam and luxurious but with none of the attitude that can accompany high-end establishments. For an enjoyable evening out, sharing your favourite food with a favourite person, book a table.

The Valentine's dinner is £25 per person. Get full details on Valentine's Day at Zouk
