During the late 70s and early 80s, when ska was being popularised by bands such as Madness and The Specials, London-based Bad Manners grew in prevalence, thanks largely to their exploits on TV shows like Top of The Pops and Tiswas.
Buster Bloodvessel still fronts the group, his alias borrowed from the bus conductor's name in Magical Mystery Tour .
The band are playing at Southport Pacific Road Arts Centre on 23rd January where they'll entertain the masses with such hits as "Lip Up Fatty", "Can Can" and every wino's favourite tune - "Special Brew",
We've got a couple of tickets to give away so you needn't Buster Bloodvessel juggling those post-Christmas sums.
