Have It Your Way with Wagamama

If you noodle-heads can’t get to wagamama, then the tastiest noodles in town are coming to you with wagamama: Ways With Noodles by Hugo Arnold (published by Kyle Cathie Ltd, priced £14.99).

The cookbook is the follow-up to the best seller wagamama cookbook and gives you full instruction on noodles including how to cook, serve and eat them (and yes this does mean tackling chopsticks).

Wagamama first opened in London in 1992 and now has over 60 restaurants worldwide. Taking inspiration from the traditional 200-year-old ramen (noodle) stalls of Japan, which guarantee nourishment to cleanse and nurture the mind and body, wagamama offers minimum fuss maximum enjoyment.

To celebrate the release of the cookbook, the team at wagamama are offering Manchester Confidential readers the following noodle-tastic prizes:

1. Three meals for two at one of Manchester’s two wagamama restaurants
2. Five wagamama: ways with noodles cook books.
