THE REMAINS of three newborn babies have been found by police in a St Helens house.
It is thought the three children could have been born as long ago as the mid-1980s, but died very soon afterwards.
Two women, aged 54 and 38, and a 26-year-old man have been arrested in connection with the investigation and bailed pending further inquiries, Police said the investigation is at a very early stage and they were keeping an open mind.
AN AFTERNOON stroll turned into a stinging wasp nightmare for the manager of Esperanto's restaurant, in Waterloo, and his family.
Martin O'Looney, his wife and two daughters were stung more than 50 times after he stood on a wasps nest in a field in Halsall, near Ormskirk on Sunday afternoon.
