MANCHESTER AIRPORT has the longest queues in the country. A website which monitors delays has reported that 138 people complained after queuing for an average of 35 minutes at the check-in desk. I've been banging on about the state of Manchester Airport for the last year or so. What happened? We had a great airport that was a delight to pass through. Now, it must rank as one of the worst. Liverpool John Lennon, whilst architecturally challenged does actually work! The staff are great, the queues, mostly, modest and it's just down the road. We use it whenever we have the option. Come on MAG get it right. And by the way, when you come out of Terminal 1 why do you have to wait in the rain for a taxi?
