STOLEN church bells worth around £30,000 have been found in a Greater Manchester scrapyard. The bells were originally stolen from a church in Devon where they were undergoing refurbishment. Thieves broke into the workshop and took the bells which are 70% copper. They have been discovered at a Manchester address and are now being held at Leigh police station before being transported back to Tavistock.

MICAH RICHARDS is expecting to have a new deal at Eastlands finalised soon. The 19-year-old defender is reportedly looking forward to staying with City despite interest from the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal, who have been monitoring his contract.
